They ask about experience and talk about pay. The man didn't seem to care he just needed another spot to fill because the place (Vivo) can't seem to keep people long and people are dispensable. Because after all it's such an awesome place to work and it's the only place. That last part was heavy sarcasm.

I applied online and didn't hear from Universal for around a week. I received an email asking me to attend a job fair for an interview. They told me they'd like to recommend me for a job, and I was moved on to an interview with a manager. The manager asked me a couple basic questions and offered me a job. The entire process took around four hours because there were so many applicants, but everything ran smoothly.
