I applied online and was selected for two interviews. The first interview was one on one with a hiring manager. Basic questions about past job history and why you want to work for the company. Second interview was a group panel. Four managers and four candidates. We were each asked to answer the same situational questions.

There are two interviews. The first one was a one-on-one interview with a HR representative asking more basic questions like why do you want this particular position. The second interview is a group panel interview where they ask you situational questions.
