Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Universal Protection Service.
Entrevista
Very straight forward interview. There was a lot of situation leadership questions that if you've spent any time at all in a leadership role, would be no issue. Being a security company, they were obviously very military friendly. Interviewer did a great deal of talking, which made it easy. Just sit and listen attentively. One thing I did that did raise an eyebrow, is my interviewers perception of entry level security guards. More than one reference was made concerning their "lack of discipline" and the fact that I would be dealing with discipline problems.

Entrevista
I (female) arrived 1/2 an hour early. The appointment before me arrived 15 minutes late. The interviewer kept that (male) applicant in his office 1 1/2 hours. The interviewer then took me into his office and asked me 3 questions before he began continuously checking his phone. After checking the phone 5 times, he took a phone call and informed me that he had a situation on site he had to go to and would have to end the interview. He spent 15-20 minutes with me. He then stated I could call back to reschedule but offered no contact information, etc. I left and called the site two hours later to reschedule, having to leave a message. I left 3 more messages in the next three days and never received a response.
