First was a phone call from the hiring manager detailing the position and seeing if I was still interested in the company. The next step was inviting me to an interview with a panel of three team members

Consisted of first an HR interview with behavioral questions and a big emphasis on "how do you work with difficult people/tell me about a time you worked with difficult people." Based on actual interview, this position seemed mainly about reviewing forms submitted by the people they serve. The manager only seemed to value people's efficiency in their ability to quickly review forms—almost feeling like the workers were members of an assembly line workers.

Entrevista
I had a phone screening and then a 2 panel interviews and I was asked difficult questions. I was ghosted by the recruiter even though I met her at a my university career center and I thought we connected really well. It’s unfortunate that they ghosted after interviewing me for an hour like a simple email letting me know I was rejected rather than keeping me in suspense would be better. To be honest I don’t work for a company that interviewed for an hour chooses to ghost me.

Did three long interviews for the position and never heard back, which I found to be extremely unprofessional, since they said that I would hear back either way, and that I had made it to the final round.
