Phone interview was good. He calls and does a review of all your previous jobs experiences and asks you questions about your experience in retail and staff management. He also states about the amount of hours you are guaranteed for that company for a week and the hours you could be scheduled. then he sends your app over to the management team and general manager of that position for your second interview.
