You first start out with a phone interview by HR. THen there was a meeting with HR one on one. IF the HR felt you were a good fit, she then set up an appointment with the manager in the department you wpuld be working for. Once you have met with the manager in the department, if they felt you were a good fit, then you meet with the director. After two weeks, they call you to make an offer
