I scheduled an interview online after they sent me an e-mail invitation. I picked the earliest time which was 8:30am, and I got there at 8:00am to have time to park and find the building. The HR building doesn't open its doors until 8:30am and there was a bit of a line coming in. I grabbed a clipboard and a pen and filled out the sheet they provided. After a while I was called back and had a one on one interview and at the end the interviewer told me he was comfortable sending me on to a second interview with someone from the Merchandise team. I was sent back into the waiting room and waited for my second interview. It was about 10:30am when I was called back for my second interview, where I was asked questions along with another person interviewing for Merchandising. We were each asked the same questions back and forth, so it was like a group conversation. The interviewer asked if there was anywhere specific in the park I was interested in working, I gave a list of three and I was placed in one of those three. I had open availability and requested full-time and was granted full-time. I was sent back out to the waiting room to schedule my orientation days. After scheduling those days, I was sent with a group in to get finger-printed, and then back to the waiting room. The last step was going back with another group where we were given a packet and filled out some paper work, and then we took our ID photos, so be sure to look your best because they said you will not get to retake your photo for the duration of your time working for UO. So to give you a time frame, I got there at 8am, and if you're hired, you're probably not getting out of there until about 2pm. I have 3 orientation days scheduled, not in a row, and then they rescheduled my Day 3 orientation, and I have already given my job two weeks notice so I'm missing a weeks worth of pay now. My suggestion, is the hiring process is going to take 3 weeks to a month before you're actually getting started so keep that in mind if you're giving your current job two weeks notice.
