I applied online 2 weeks before I got out of school. A week later they contacted me to schedule an inperson interview. At the inperson interview,we filled out paperwork and took a pretty simple math test. At the interview,I was offered to come back later in the day for a group interview. After an interesting group interview, in which we had to "build a theme park" and copy a structure based on one group members memorization of it, I was the only one hired for my particular ride. Warning: Many people apply but very few people get the job.

Quick ten minute phone call then 15 minute in person the next day. Asked about how I would handle certain guest interactions and to tell them about myself. They really just want to know that you are personable and like to interact with guests.
