You are invited initially for an individual interview. The key to this interview appears to be that you have full availability. If you don't have full availability you most likely will not be asked back. The second session will involve role playing situations in which managers will observe you on working with others.

There was one phone interview, one in person, pretty easy in my experience i was hired on the spot. i had a nice interviewer. not sure how it goes now.

The Process Began with an Exam - Basic Math Questions, followed by an interview. Those who did well were asked to stay and those that didn't left. The interview was basic and asked what my favorite movie was- overall the process was quick but there was quite a nit of competition so be prepared.

Phone interview pre-screening was first, then there was a scheduled on-site interview in a room with other people also being interviewed. Was offered position after the end of the second interview and basic assessment.
