First thing is a phone interview which ask you about typical questions about availability and tattoo's and etc. Second thing is that you take an math test which is just 10 quesetions Third thing is that they have a 1 on 1 interview with you for 2 to 3 minutes long. 1) How would your friends and family describe you in one word and what that be and why? 2) What Dream that you had, would you want to come true? 3) What is your strength? Fourth thing is that if they like you, they will ask you to go do a group/panel interview which you do 3 activities in a group. Activities 1: Introduce yourself to everyone and also provide them with one fun fact about you Activities 2: Pick a leader and build a building out of legos by communicating with group members and your leader. Activities 3: Your and your group come up with a theme park or ride and try to sell it to panel/ interviewers. Presenting it to everyone in the room.
