Entrevista
The hiring process was easy and smooth. I got interviewed by the lab manager and the principal investigator. We then a lunch with all the lab members. Everybody was nice and welcoming.

Easy, and straightforward. There was only one interview, with 8 people on call to interview. A little intimidating, but if you know your stuff you'll be okay. Study the technical really well

Entrevista
I applied online via email to a post at Nature Magazine online job board. Was contacted by the hiring manager for references. References were submitted. Shortly after was invited to interview 1 with the PI and lab manager. then I was invited to present at the lab meeting and answer questions. later it was followed up by interviews with the lab members. in total about 7 meetings. went very well.
