The interview process began with telephone contact, and was followed up with an in-person interview, scheduled within 1 week of telephone contact. I was instructed to prepare for a skills
review, which consisted of computer program testing sessions. The interview was conducted by a program manager, who represented a senior position within th company. The interviewer's questions related primarily to academic and employment background questioning as well as to what
the primary interest was that I had in the particular employment position.
