It was very informal. Everyone was kind and thoughtful. They made sure I was comfortable, and they asked relevant questions. The interviewer kept in contact with me and communicated very well. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Entrevista
Since it was a student worker position, the application process was easy. You drop your resume at the front desk, and if they select your resume for further consideration, they will call you for a phone interview. After that, you will be called for an in-person interview with the manager. If you get through that phase then you will be called for a final round interview with the director of the department. It felt like a casual conversation. No need to stress. Just be yourself and make sure you put strong soft skills in your resume.
