1. I sent them email (with my CV) directly after googling UROP Cambridge and reading their website. 2. They called me to an interview at where they work. They asked things about my CV, as well as some basic questions (high school level). 3. They introduced their projects available to me and discussed my interest and initial thoughts (certainly idiot thoughts as I knew nothing at that stage) on it.

1 virtual interview, presentation followed by questions, panel of interviewers, 1 or 2 about presentation and about 10 about experience. interview lasted about an hour. presenting and discussing ten mins and 50 mins answering questions

Entrevista
Very straight forward questions and required direct answeres. Having consistently good grades help to get into the University. Its important to have keep calm and answer the questions. However, if you do not know, let the interviewer know you don't.
