University of CU Denver staff are very easy to talk with and willing to use a video call. It was a standard interview, including the "tell us about yourself" and "why are you interested in this position."

It was great - asked a set of approximately 8-10 questions all very straight forward, they were very kind and open and created a great dialogue. The interview lasted approximately 40 minutes over Zoom, and they broke it up into two sections so there is a second Zoom interview with the other half of the team as well.

One doctor and one HR representative performed the interview on Zoom. They asked about 10 questions and the interview took about 45 minutes but was scheduled to only take 30. They alternated asking the questions and two questions had a follow up question.
