Q&A with search committee (30 minutes or so), followed by a presentation. The presentation was difficult because it was not made clear to me in advance who my audience would be. I probably should have asked before the actual interview but it didn't occur to me. I recommend you ask who will be there if you have a presentation! People had questions very specific to their areas, but since I wasn't sure who they would be, I hadn't prepared specific answers for them. The topic was also a little vague, so I would additionally recommend asking for more specific guidelines, or clarifying what they want from you beforehand. Interviewing is scary enough without extra mysteries to add to it.
