The interview process varies depending on the position, department, and members of the committee. In general, you have to do a Zoom interview first, and after that, an on campus interview, where you offer a seminar about your research experience.

It was friendly process. The focus was both on skill sets as well as interpersonal skills. There was a phone interview followed by a on-site interview. There was an oral seminar presentation and meeting with 5 other faculty members and lab members
