Very straightforward, the job required the ability to pick up new technologies (Web, Flex, Flash, 3D Modeling) and all the candidates were given a similar creative programming/design assignment to complete and the best ones out of those who completed the assignment were chosen. The assignment was provided via email and everyone was given 1 week to complete it and then zip up all the files and send it for review. It was fairly difficult as I was a novice programmer and had never made anything practical before with the programming ability I did have.
