Long. You apply online and cross your fingers you hear from someone. Once you do, you're offered an interview, maybe a shadowing (new rules d/t covid) then if offered you can wait up to a month to actually start.

Weaknesses, strengths, where do you see yourself in five years
It takes FOREVER.. I have been jumping through hoops every week for the past 4 weeks. Each week I get an e-mail with something else to do. I wish I could do everything at once instead of heading there over and over to pay for parking each time.

Entrevista
Very polite. Warm and friendly personality put me to ease. Many questions were asked, but nothing too difficult. Be prepared to give examples when questions were asked. Overall, interview went well. Definitely wanted the position after the interview
