After applying on the University's employment site, I received a phone call to schedule an interview. The interview was with the shift supervisor and the assistant supervisor. It was extremely casual in dress (jeans & T-shirt would be fine), manner, and content. I think the interview was just a formality because neither of the 2 interviewers seemed prepared or that interested in doing it. At the end of a brief interview, I was offered the job on the spot.
