The only way to apply for a position is online. Most important part is the proper resume, as it's scanned electronically for keywords appearing on the job description. So, if you have a generic resume, make it match the position description or it will not even be considered. There will be a phone interview, panel interview consisting of lower to mid management and couple experts with the same position title for which you applied. It's a big plus to have something to show to speak for your expertise - some project that you worked on, don't be afraid to bring your laptop with you. Be on time, be confident, dress nice. Good working knowledge of SQL, Java and Unix systems will put you at a greater advantage.
