The interview was moderately difficult but the panel were friendly and made me feel at ease. There was a test at first where you had to draft one email with Info from a spreadsheet, one to chase a professor and how you would deal with a situation when covering reception. The test was in the office which was a bit distracting at first but all part of the test experience. The interview panel were chatty between questions and seemed very genuine. Only downside was paying for parking but even staff have to do this so it seems fair.
