Applied and got called by a recruiter about a week or so later saying that the hiring manager would like me to come in for an interview. I met with one of the HR staff and he led me to the interview room where there was another interviewer. They asked me a few questions here and there and we chatted about the company, the position, and the university’s current marketing team. It was very relaxed and laid back.
