Phone interview with the recruiter which was brief. Followed by a grueling hour long teams interview with two managers. I have very specific and detailed responses, and they always wanted something more. I could tell it was a toxic work environment where they constantly micromanaged. Probably my worst interview. They gave an unrealistic scenario at the end and kept trying to trap me with the responses. Then when I asked what the correct response would have been, they said "we can't tell you that". They also made it clear that even though it was remote, every min of your time outside your break would be accounted for. Red flags all over the place. I also don't know why they tell people they'll hear back within 3-5 days then ghost them. Especially after wasting an hour of their time.

My interview was very pleasant. I spoke with Jeremy and Leo, the two hiring managers. Nice. Courteous. Professional. They explained the role thoroughly and answered all my questions. They do expect you to read the items they send, and to explain your interview answers. Be prepared to evaluate your responses. The mock interview was one of my favorite parts as Jeremy role played as a student and it was natural and fun.
