I submitted my application through the USC workday system and I received an email asking for available times to interview. After a 45-minute discussion where we spoke about company culture, projects, and the future of the organization we ended the conversation on a good note. Two weeks later I heard back that I did not receive the position since they were looking for someone with a particular subject specialty. They were open to remain in contact if other positions become available.
