I found the job online from the website of USC, and make an appointment for the job I applied. During the interview, there are two professors, and we begin to talk about my resume and the tasks that may have for this job. It's a very nice meeting and I received the offer in few days later.

Very low-stakes, they take undergrad students with minimal work experience especially if you qualify for work-study. Make sure to wear a nice interview outfit (no jeans/t-shirt) and have a printed resume ready just in case.

It was a very normal interview process with lots of behavioral questions, such as leadership experience, struggles, past experiences, etc. They also asked me about my time flexibility and my overall work schedule.
