Position became available and they were looking to hire immediately. I sent in an email with my resume and a cover letter. The person hiring called me that same day. I was out of town so interviewed over the phone. Basic questions about personality and time management. Basically just wanted to see how I could communicate with her in a timely manner and whether or not I would be able to get daily job functions done efficiently.
