First I introduced myself, then the recruiter asked questions, then I asked questions. The recruiter asks questions such as: why is this a good fit for the position, how much do you know about the technical aspects of the position, and when can you start.

Everything was done online. I uploaded my application on the portal with the name of my sponsor whose has defended my application for the grant. It took a while to get an answer.
