I applied for this post at the end of August 2018, after months I received a call inviting me for an interview (November 2018). Interview took place at the Shard, London. I had to prepare a 10 mins presentation and then 50 mins of questions with a panel of 4 people. My presentation went really well and even prepare a leaflet for them to keep with the basic points. Interview questions were a bit more complicated. They said they would let me know after two days but after 4 days I sent a follow up email and they replied straight away with they typical standard rejection email. I asked for feedback as I always want to improve but they didn't bother in reply. I found this to be very unprofessional, coming from a top business school and bragging about their high standards. I think people put lot of effort for the interviews, the deserve to be treated with respect.
