Friendly environment throughout the entirety of the process. Employers are seeking energetic individuals. Two on one type interview. I was taken to commons area and asked about myself so mostly behavioral questions were asked. Took place at UW tower in the advancement department. Finance & Administration.

The interview was short, it was only around half an hour long. The interviewers were very personable and excellent listeners. There was time to ask a few questions at the end.

Quick turnaround for administrative student assistant. Standard questions about organizational capacity and administrative experience. Priority for upperclassmen, not told ahead of time and frustrating to deal with. Interview consisted mainly of discussing prior experience in similar roles.
