In general, University of Washington takes a lot time to get back to you on applications. They say 4-6 weeks after the application deadline, but really it's going to be 6 weeks or longer until you hear back. Once you do hear back, you will most likely have a two phase interview: phone interview and then an in-person interview.

I had some questions that were the usual questions you get in an interview, such as availability, what would I do in certain situations, etc. And I had some questions that were specific to the job I was applying for.

It was an onsite interview. Very informative and people there are friendly. We went through the tasks and ongoing projects in the lab and had a quick visit around the lab spaces.

Entrevista
Had a one-on-one interview for a research tech position in a biomedical research lab. Interview was the P.I. asking about my previous research experience, quizzing my knowledge on various experimental techniques, and inquiring about previous academic coursework, the latter of which was difficult to recall as several of the courses had been taken several years ago.
