We interviewed 2 steps, first via phone and then lastly in person. Very smooth conversation with critical questions to make the perfect fit for both me and the company. At first, the conversation mentioned the formal steps, but afterwards, we started talking about alligning life goals and career opportunities in the future. There were many challening questions as well, where you had to prove your innovative ability to think outside the box. Overall, it was a casual conversation with a couple of intruiging questions, where you get a really good idea of what the corporate culture is like, and what type of tasks you can expect. 10/10.
