Two times HR with the almost same questions...They are fast, but company culture is "interesting". No additional benefits (no cafeteria, no bonus..,nothing..only a car in a head of position...and it is even limited for personal use), no home office even while COVID19 periode. When I asked reason of not having home office even in this periode, answer was: that's how we used to be. I have checked it on the linkedin, average employee there is a beginner or junior...very few are working there since years....
