Take-home test -> phone screen -> another take-home test -> one technical interview and two competency-based interviews The technical interview focuses on aptitude for conceptual thinking (which is needed to be a good ontologist). Very fun if you're into that sort of thing.

Prior to the first interview, a pre-interview quiz is distributed. Your answers to the quiz will be discussed in further depth during the technical interview. The quiz is concerned with logic and some would say philosophical questions.
