Two interviews, the second of which was a session where I facilitated a 45-minute workshop using their outline with about 8 employees. It required a lot of preparation beforehand, and took about 1.5 hours to implement between set up and questions after. I never heard from anyone at the company again after that session, even though I followed up three times to inquire. After so much work, it would be a courtesy to simply let applicants know they were not chosen. Even if it’s automated.
