The interview process was very straightforward. I spoke about my experience and they asked me coordinator centric question. Mostly about my experience and some personality fit questions. There were 2 members of their team present, one of which would have been the Supervisor for the team they were planning to hire for. The opportunity was advertised for a specific proejct they were going to take on, so it was temporary with the opportunity for a permanent position (albeit not promised).
