Had two 30-minute sessions, one with two underwriters, and another with my potential manager and two people in my position. After 30 minutes with one group I would switch conference rooms to have my 30 minute interview with the other group. Not sure if this is standard, but it lead to talking about the same stuff a lot twice, which isn't necessarily bad considering you had a chance to "practice" with the last group!
