Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 5 dias. Fui entrevistado pela Unum (Portland, ME) em dez. de 2017
Entrevista
Filled-out an application online and took some timed tests to see how well I could memorize data in a limited time and apply it to scenarios in various industries' call center computer systems. Passed test apparently and a phone interview was immediately scheduled. Only took 25 minutes. Very professional and polite conversation. Got a call a few days later saying I did not make it to second round for in-person interviews.
It was a relatively quick process. About a one week turn around from application to interview. All were video/phone interviews for a remote position. Very basic customer service and experience based questions.

Candidatei-me por meio de uma agência de recrutamento. O processo levou 2 semanas. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Unum (Chattanooga, TN).
Entrevista
Asked the usual interview questions "How do you handle difficult calls?" and "How do you manage your time?" It felt like a conversation in the session and I did not feel nervous.

Yes they interview and it is a tedious process. Will phone you and then call for in person interview. Will offer job over the phone. Asked around twenty different questions in both interviews.
