Hiring process was excellent and very quick! Started with an initial phone screening where work experience and desired role were discussed along with an overview of the position and both desired & and basic technical requirements. Then later on once hiring manager gave the ok a panel interview was scheduled (virtual) with three manager as a form of peer interview in which we delved into more specifics and I could ask more details about the role (compensation/performance for this very round) were off limits and clearly explained, compensation range covered in screening) and the interviewers were all very helpful and interested and what I replied to the scenarios presented using the STAR method. Finally another panel interview (virtual) with senior leaders which was simply excellent. My bilingual proficiency was checked each step of the way but in a very welcomed set of steps. The speed from one interview to the next was incredible even during the holidays (I was happily surprised) and I left the interviews with more knowledge and interest than the one before - never seen such a thorough and well planned process which surely attracts great talent! Best interview experience ever and luckily an offer for a role for which I’m confident I can succeed in and I’ll enjoy for many years to come!
