I was contacted for an in-person interview after submitting my resume online. I arrived and while completing the paperwork given to me by the receptionist, I realized that there were about 10 of us completing paperwork to meet with the same interviewer at the same time.. but for different positions. They moved all of us into a conference room for a presentation and PowerPoint. After about 45 minutes, we were told that we'd each receive a 10 minute personal interview. Bottom line, all positions were commission only with no real insurance benefit. After the first person left for their interview, most of us got up and left. We all felt scammed as what we learned did not match the job description we had applied for. While sitting in the presentation, I could hear multiple people outside the conference room making calls and leaving messages to set up interviews. Beware! (Also goes by Colonial Life.)
