45 minute phone interview followed by an on-site interview. Mostly behavior based questions and questions regarding the company and the position you’re applying for. Do your homework on the STAR Method and the position itself.

Entrevista
30 min phone interview with recruiter, followed by 45 min panel interview a week and a half later. Mostly behavioral questions, responses should be in STAR response method. I was also given a claim like scenario and asked how I would respond to the situation. Overall, process took about 3 weeks from application to extended employment offer. As long as you prep prep prep on the STAR method, it's not too terribly difficult.
