Very thorough process starting with computer-based verbal & numerical skills tests and also two interviews with two different interviewers each time. The skills tests were conducted by a 3rd party company, I had to score a basic mark on each to pass, but I was given the opportunity to complete a practice round first before taking the official tests. The interviews were all conducted remotely via Teams and the whole process from application to job offer took about 3 weeks.
