Terrible hiring practice. All over the place. Was late to interview for an hour, and then precedes to be crabby the entire time. Just very unprofessional and I would rather not work with a company who has problems like this so early in the hiring process.

3 game assessments - filling in box with different shapes (think Tetris), math game, and searching for errors in writing. This was followed by 12 (give or take 1)self-recorded interview questions.

Applied on LinkedIn, got an email a few weeks later to set up an initial phone call. Talked to recruiter about resume and a few behavioral questions. Then got an email a few weeks later to do a panel interview. Interviewed with 3 different people at the same time who alternated asking behavioral questions. Took awhile after that to receive offer.
