3 Rounds: 1) Phone interview 2) In-person interview plus video conference 3) Assessment day Small case study at rounds one and two, usually focusing around cost/expense categories and revenue generation. Assessment day consists of 2 longer case studies (i.e. developing sales strategies, alternate distribution strategies, etc.) and a lengthy situational/behavioral interview. Round 1 is with a recruiter; round 2 with a recruiter, program management, and tenured associate in the program; round 3 (assessment day) with senior leaders including CEOs, SVPs, EVPs, etc. who sit on the talent board for the program.

Began with a prerecorded interview, followed by a short and informal phone call. From there a more formal interview with higher level staff, with the possibility to move on to an assessment day.
