3 Rounds: 1) Phone interview 2) In-person interview plus video conference 3) Assessment day
Small case study at rounds one and two, usually focusing around cost/expense categories and revenue generation. Assessment day consists of 2 longer case studies (i.e. developing sales strategies, alternate distribution strategies, etc.) and a lengthy situational/behavioral interview. Round 1 is with a recruiter; round 2 with a recruiter, program management, and tenured associate in the program; round 3 (assessment day) with senior leaders including CEOs, SVPs, EVPs, etc. who sit on the talent board for the program.

Began with a prerecorded interview, followed by a short and informal phone call. From there a more formal interview with higher level staff, with the possibility to move on to an assessment day.

Entrevista
Submitted my resume and received an email asking me to complete a video assessment days later. After finishing the pre-recorded video I heard back from the HR very soon, who scheduled a phone interview with me. This phone interview was very short and the recruiter only asked about my leadership experience. The next round was a virtual group interview with managers.

Entrevista
It was a four step process. The first was a phone interview, then an interview with the hiring manager on zoom, another zoom interview with a manager, and then the assessment day with VP’s of UNUM.
