I was sent a prescreen interview the Friday morning after I applied through the job portal on the Unum Group website. Shortly after that day I scheduled a phone interview with a recruiter on the following Monday. I'll be honest I was so nervous since it was my first phone interview , but the recruiter was wonderfully nice and apparently I did so well she sent me the excel proficiency test later that day. I passed that, and I was contacted not long after to schedule an on-site interview- which is this coming week! It's my first professional interview, so I'm a little nervous but very excited! I look forward to see what's happening next.

First there was a phone screen with an HR person. Second step was the in-person interview with the manager and a senior employee. It was fairly straight forward and easy.
