Very professional. Aptitude test. One interview. Background check. Email of job benefits and salary and offer of employment. Once I was hired I was in training with experienced tech for 4 weeks. Followed by a week in Knoxville, tn. Back to training with tech for additional two weeks. Mainly on my own with training tech as support. Then I received my own van and equipemt. Then one more trip 4 weeks later for additional training.
