Entrevista
There was an initial exercise of breaking down a topic for students as if it were to be used in a course. Once you passed that you were invited for a meeting. To the interviewers’ surprise, I had actually signed up for the free trial of the service beforehand for my prep. The interviewer asked if I'dd change anything on the course but was they were defensive towards a relevant suggestion.

Entrevista
The process in total lasted around 2 months. I had to chase at every stage of the process before the hiring manager would get back to me. This included scheduling interviews and receiving feedback on the back of them, I rarely received contact without chasing first.
After 3 stages consisting of an initial interview, a technical assignment and then a technical interview, I waited 2 weeks and again had to chase for an update. I was told I had progressed to the final stage and asked my availability. I provided this then waited a week for the final interview to be scheduled, to be told the hiring manager was going out of office for 2 weeks and would contact me on his return. He never did, and I was effectively ghosted after spending several hours on their recruitment process.
