Completed two rounds but looks the recruiter has ghosted after two rounds after claiming one of the interviewers were sick and they couldn't capture the feedback.
Looks like a poorly managed recruitment process.
Generally very quick, friendly, and an overall pleasant process. A few one on one calls, a technical challenge, and a “final” interview.
The final interview being the one where they offer you the job.
Unfortunately they overbook candidates and it becomes a blind auction where the first person to book that last interview gets the job.
