The aim of asking candidates to carry out a thought assignment as part of our process is not only to assess the candidates abilities relating to the specific role, but to understand how they go about seeking clarification to ensure they understand requirements, the degree to which they conduct research to learn more about a topic or in this case, our product and user group; and their ability to produce relevant and engaging content - especially in a role which will engage directly with our customers.
