He arrived unprepared, dismissive, and uninterested in the work I had submitted, offering feedback that contradicted the earlier stages. To leave a candidate wondering whether a decision may have been influenced by factors beyond merit is appalling, and it undermines the otherwise positive impression created by the London team.

short, straight forward process. Asked about excel skills. Was highly interested in what you knew about the company and its values. Company is Paris based so interview times were scattered a little difficult to get.
The structured process with predetermined HR questions ensured consistency, which was beneficial, but it also made the conversation feel somewhat rigid and less like a natural, engaging, and flowing dialogue.
